Pick a date for your event. Most events are on Saturday or Sunday. We typically set up tents and deliver equipment on Thursday or Friday and take them down on Monday or Tuesday. We should coordinate around timing for delivery and pickup. Does your venue require same-day delivery and removal?
How many guests are you expecting? You don’t have to get this exactly right. We understand that you might not have a firm headcount yet, but let us know roughly how many guests you are expecting.
Do you have a rain contingency plan? If you are hosting an outdoor event, you should have a plan in case of rain. We offer tent rentals; however, we are not a full-scale tent rental business and tents require planning. If you need a tent that we do not offer, we partner with tent rental companies and can help you add one if needed. **Note, Last minute tent requests can be very tricky to accommodate.
